i LOVE christmas!!!! it's probably my favorite holiday (minus the cold and snow). i absolutely love the sounds and the music and the feeling and the decorations and picking out the perfect gifts and all that good stuff. and i know it's only november 6th and i'm dreading the cold and the snow, but i REALLY want to put up my christmas decorations. is that bad? ry said i can't put them up until after thanksgiving and i know i won't win this one. but deep down i just really really want to. so i was just wondering...when do you put up your christmas decorations? am i just a big fat loser for wanting to put them up right NOW?

Don't you have Thanksgiving decor? I personally think you shouldn't skip out on the fall decor and wait to put up Christmas after Thanksgiving. My family and Christopher's family puts it up the weekend after Thanksgiving.
Well, it is nice that you still have thanksgiving to occupy you ;) *whispers* I already got some decorations out!
I'm planning to get decorating done early this year because of the timing of the arrival of this baby. It's a good excuse, I think ;) (I LOVE Christmas, too!)
But it will take some convincing to get Ken to help me put up the tree... I still haven't decided how early I could get away with that part :)
I always want to put up my christmas decor right after Halloween, but Wyatt makes me wait until after Thanksgiving too! Oh well I suppose!

Hey Jacquie! One of the neighbours down street already have Christmas tree up and light and everything. We saw it yesterday at night. I couldn't believe it either, but I say if you want to put it up, go for it.
Well, I have been listening to Christmas music since October began...needless to say Soren is beyond thrilled. But I put up my tree and decor the day after thanksgiving...you have to enjoy it as long as you can!!!
So I was thinking about Christmas decor and how I have to wait till after Thanksgiving and I got to thinking about how you wanted to decorate but can't till after Thanksgiving too and then i thought. . .you already had your Thanksgiving right? Canadas Thanksgiving was a couple weeks ago right so technically you should be good to decorate!
